| Why is the price so cheap? Is it realy handcrafted or hand tufted? |
Most of our rugs are 100% handcrafted. Only several rugs are hand tufted. If the rug is hand tufted, we will state 'hand tufted' instead of 'handmade' in the rug's title and description.
We directly import handwoven rugs from Tibetan rug weaver, and we try our best to cut our operating cost in order to save our money and customers' money as well.
We sell rugs at wholesale price. Only about 25%-35% of retail price in department stores or other rug stores.

| I just bought a rug from Rugsales. But I found it is not really what I want. Can I returen it to Rugsales and get money back? |
Yes. As long as you return the rug to us within 15 days after the reciept of the rug. It's ok even just because you change your mind. We do offer a liberal return policy with people who contact us about a problem. But all returned item/s need to be in their original condition.(It is about rug, do not worry about packing).
Important: Your shipping costs will not be refunded(Australian customers do not have to worry about it since we offer postage free service in Australia). |
| What's the currency you accept? |
| All the prices listed in Rugsales are Austrlian Dollar & US Dollar. For customers paying USD, please pay by Paypal. |
| Is GST included in the price? |
| All Prices to Australia are including GST. But prices to oversea are not. |

| Why didn't I receive confirm email? |
Many customers told us they didn't receive email when they register or subscribe a news letter. Acctually confirm email would be sent automatically when you register, subscribe or order. But many email servers (especially @hotmail.com) supply a too-strict email filter, which will keep most automatic emails out from mailbox as junk e-mail.
Please check you Junk E-mail box and tell your filter it's not junk mail. Then problem will be fixed. |
